flawless After returning to Courtenay Mazda on my second visit I told Mike that I was interested in a Chevy Cruz that I had seen on my first visit. Mike asked if I would like to take it for a spin and that was all it took for me to know that was the car for me. Mike was very helpful organizing a deal for me with the trade in of my 2002 Tracker. I made a deposit and the day before I was suppose to finalize the deal I had a private offer for my Tracker which Mike was very understandable and reorganized the deal for me so I could sell my Tracker privately. While waiting for paperwork I had the pleasure of chatting with Mike about cars, our families and growing up in the Comox Valley. It was like chatting with a friend and at no time did Mike make me feel under any pressure with my purchase. Thanks Mike-I'm loving my new car!!!! More

Great experience! I was coming over from Victoria to view a car in Courtney. I thought it would be a painful process to try and find a car in a different city, in terms I was coming over from Victoria to view a car in Courtney. I thought it would be a painful process to try and find a car in a different city, in terms of scheduling. However, with the help of Chantelle, I was able to purchase a Mazda 3 with ease. I went to 3 different dealerships prior to Courtney Mazda, and Courtney Mazda was by far the most supportive and upfront dealer of them all. I've given Chantelle a pretty hard time with my constant calls and emails about changing my decisions on which car to purchase, but she provided a prompt response every single time. Most of all, I didn't feel pressured into making a decision to purchase the car. This was the first time I purchased a car from a dealership, and I would probably go to Courtney Mazda again for my next car, if I'm living on the island. More
