I really wanted to do my homework on all of the different SUVs in the same class and they were very understanding of that, allowing me to do my research without the constant phone calls and pressure trying to get my business. I really liked the fact that the respected my process, as it was my first new car, and I wanted to know I was making the right decision. They took me out on multiple test drives in various models without hesitation. When it came time to buying my Mazda CX-5, the team made the process extremely easy. They found the exact Model/Colour I wanted and got it brought to Courtenay, and they even picked me up from the airport to bring me in to finalize the paperwork. They also worked with me to make sure I stayed within my budget. I am glad that I got the Dealership's Oil Change Package, because not only is it a good deal, but every few months it will give me the opportunity to go in and catch-up with the members of the team!
