Myself and my wife purchased a 2016 CX-5 a few years ago and found the same thing. Aaron did an excellent job as our 'point man' and kept us in the loop during the entire process. Pricing and Financing with Corey and Chad were a breeze and I never felt any pressure to purchase the car. There's a reason we bought our second car from Courtenay Mazda - and a lot of that has to do with the personnel who work there. Thanks again! Chris More

Kourtney was a pleasure to deal with (she even stopped packing for her vacation on her day off to come to the dealership to complete my purchase and give me a quick tutorial on the important features of my new car). I had a terrible experience with another local car dealership, so I was very cynical, but everyone at Courtenay Mazda won me over. I got a great car at a great price, and everyone bent over backwards to be kind and helpful. I even received a beautiful gift basket a couple days after my purchase with a hand written card from the owner of the dealership, and Kourtney called me to make sure that I was happy and see if I had any questions or concerns. This place knows how to treat a customer! I have been singing their praises since my purchase, and I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

When we met up he was easy to talk with, knowledgeable and respectful. We had a lot of laughs and I felt no pressure in buying. I was surprised to find Wendell in the back of the lot scrubbing my "new to me car" down and was impressed by this level of customer service. Wendell then surprised me again by asking if he could follow up in a day or two to see how I was getting on with the car, never has a salesperson done this. When I drove home exhausted but thrilled to be in my new ride Wendell texted to make sure I got home ok, knowing how tired I was. I recommend working with Wendell he is AWESOME !!! still waiting for my bunny though haha! More

Found that vehicle at Mazda and are so glad we did! Not knowing anything about the dealership was a little scary but that soon changed! Our first contact was Chantelle who made us feel right at home . She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! After meeting with Cory and Chad we were confident in our purchase.
