For the most part I knew what vehicle I wanted but Mike took the time to answer all my questions and help me with the final decision. It was so lovely to deal with a salesman who wasn't pushy and made me feel confident in my choice. He took the time to sit with me and make sure I understood all the bells and whistles before sending me on my way. He's helped me with any question s I've had since my purchase. Fast and efficient I had to take a ferry over to find the car that was right for me. Chantelle and Logan worked hard I feel to put me in the right vehicle. We were able to work over email which I found beneficial due to my distance. We tried a few vehicles on the lot that weren't quite right for me, but very quickly Chantelle found my whip :) a 2011 cx-7. I'm very happy with it. It has just the right space and gas mileage that I was looking for plus all the extras I love. The only thing I don't like about car dealerships is trying to slide a crappy warranty in when it doesn't make sense, I don't blame Logan but people fall into it. I was in and out in a few hours with what I wanted. The vehicles seemed to be rolling off the lot very quickly so obviously doing well and with this service,will continue to. Right from the get go Mike was helpful and honest in disclosing all of the information about the vehicle. I drove up from Nanaimo and it was certainly worth it. I drove the car, made the deal and had the keys in my hand within an hour or so. That was a week ago. The car is great, no surprises. The price quoted was what I paid. No hidden fees. The only suggestion I would have is don't accept a coffee from Mike. Its horrible. Go over the street to the McDonalds and buy one. I've never tasted anything that bad. Other than that, it was a great experience. More
