We were initially looking for a used 2014 with a manual transmission and a sunroof, apparently quite a rare beast in Canada. We went to our local Courtenay Mazda dealership to test drive some cars and solidify our choice. Chantelle was friendly and accommodating without pressuring us to anything. Corey, the owner, then played Monty Hall and made us a deal we couldn't refuse and we walked away with a new GT Sports model, completely satisfied. No taking an offer back and forth to the "invisible" Sales Manager. Just a courteous and professional dialogue with Corey - the owner - while the Sales Associate - Barry Davis - sat in to be part of the conversation, after an exiciting test drive of an MX5, and providing knowledgeable answers to my many questions. A deal was eventually concluded in a very calm and quiet manner, with Chad then taking over to take care of the paper work. This was a great experience and Inhabe no hesitation in recommending this dealership to others. More
