The Term Service Centre - Misused I have sent a previous review with hope it would help to rectify problematic issues however, on my last visit no apparent changes have taken place. What constitutes service and what is provided are totally polarized. It is shameful I am being asked to provide a report (Hopefully favorable to Coquitlam Chrysler) on a simple procedure like an Oil Change. From days gone by to today the word service meant something but these days the customer is put through a process with no further attention provided to obvious areas such as a simple vacuum inside the cabin and cleaning of all glass, inside and outside. Whomever is in charge of such issues needs to take into account such small issues which will gain a much better review from clients than what is currently practised More
