I bought my car from Mississauge Hyundai and have dealt with them for years since it was closer to work, but over the years their service diminished. Cooksville is much closer to home so I had an issue wi with them for years since it was closer to work, but over the years their service diminished. But they were able to come to a fix for it on my first time taking it in there and now its been 4 months and have had no more issues with it. I was just in there this past week for service. Everyone is very friendly and are honest. Prices are okay I guess but it's pretty much the same across the board so I can't complain but I did buy my winter tires since they where over $100 dollars cheaper then everyone else. Definitely my preferred Dealership for now. More

Three months after purchase of 30k for the Genesis, the radiator cap popped out and coolant leaked. 12 months later, The drain plugs below the radiator leaked and coolant busted again. Cooksville refused responsibility for negligence in performing the service on the first visit. Rick blamed other service, knowing very well that with the warranty, i can only get it fixed in Hyundai. Despite the extended warranty, I paid $61 for each visit. They blamed it on the radiator support cover which is cracked. With their dishonestly, who knows ! I could have bought the car with the cracked radiator support cover !!!! But then, what happens to the radiator cover on the top of the radiator, that is also missing with all the screws The saga continues......Beware you all Hyundai cooksville customers, you are in for big time trouble !!!!!
