I could see his honestly, he gave me some very good advice,and also he was very very professional, he made us feel very special , especially when I said to him that I have a small budget that did not change any of his face expressions ,more over he explained me why he recommend Chrysler 200, I have chosen to buy my vehicle from Eddie because I trusted that he was asking me the right questions and he knew the right fit for us. his conversation did not feel like a sales pressure , his motivation and eagerness to help me ,get my vehicle and also he managed to trade in my older vehicle in such a smooth transition,More over , last month I went for a service visit & I met Eddie to say hello, He was eager to assist, went over to the service center and he informed me how long service will take, I do recognize the fact that he always goes over & beyond to an excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate it. It was my second week into the ordeal of buying my first car in Ontario; after numerous calls and visits to one dealership after another I finally walked into Cooksville Dodge, the moment I stepped in I was car in Ontario; after numerous calls and visits to one dealership after another I finally walked into Cooksville Dodge, the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by Mr.Jacob Tharakan , friendly and courteous apart I felt like I am speaking to a person who is part of my family. Being my first time shopping for a car (and all I knew was I needed a car ). Mr. Jacob , made it easy for me by taking me through with the pros and cons between the choices I had in mind, based on my circumstances. I was not pressurized in making a deal or buy a car from them, which I experienced with other dealers. I went home and told my wife about the Dealership and Mr.Jacob,and said this is going to be the place we would be picking our car from.We met again the following day and shortly into that meeting , negotiated and finalized the car we wanted and here we are today owners of a Brand New Dodge Grand Caravan Blacktop. Everything was exactly as described and there were no "surprises" when i got there.
