Tried 2 other dealers in Mississauga and finally found Cooksville. Great people looked after my Sebring like it was theirs. Even washed the car! Drove me home and picked me up when the work was done. There was damage to my carseat on my last oil change with the side pannelling popped off when I got the car back. The manager said his mechanic saw it that way. Eventhough I kept calm, he then proceeded to b the side pannelling popped off when I got the car back. The manager said his mechanic saw it that way. Eventhough I kept calm, he then proceeded to be very rude and condescending saying he was not responsible for damages even if his employees were the last people to touch the car. Did not even offer to put a screw in to hold it in place and on my request for the same told me to leave and said I could get it done somewhere else. On my insistence that I would pay for the screw, he went into the parts store and brought out screws that did not even fit and left. He seemed more concerned that the other employees and customers did not have to hear him as he kept hustling me out when he had to talk. If this is the way he treats his customers for such a minor issue, I'm glad I did not have to deal with him on any serious issues. This guy knows nothing about customer service and was completely unconcerned with my reaction to his demeanour. This is not just me venting as I consider myself a very reasonable guy. Be careful here. More
