When you are required to "make an appointment" for a diagnostic the time should be honored. Otherwise what's the point. The excuses were beyond unbelievable. Tanya and Alex were super excellent helping me with the service and tire swap. Told me it would be 2 hours so when I came back at 2 hours they were doing the invoice and gave me my points to help with the service and tire swap.
