TL;DR - Nicholas Bryett is the worst GM I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with and Kia Cobourg needs to do better. We have a 2021 Telluride, originally leased in Ottawa, that is coming up t the displeasure of interacting with and Kia Cobourg needs to do better. We have a 2021 Telluride, originally leased in Ottawa, that is coming up to lease end. We were looking for a Tricor certified dealership, called Kia Cobourg, as we have serviced multiple vehicles with them, receptionist answered and confirmed that they are Tricor certified (to satisfy the lease end conditions). Left our Telluride for a whole day before receiving a call from the dealership informing us that they are not certified, and that the receptionist is new and that's why the mistake was made - No issues with the receptionist other than when you don't know something at a new job typically you check, but everyone makes mistakes so we moved on. When we politely explained that while we understand it was a mistake, this has wasted an entire day of ours without a vehicle and costed us in alternate transportation to and from work, Nick (GM), had absolutely no empathy or care in the world. When we politely explained that we had also had a bad sales experience, he pushed back and said we have been some of the rudest customers. Just to be clear - we remained completely professional and were simply explaining our disappointment. We went to pick the vehicle up that evening. Again, we politely explained our disappointment to Nick when he abruptly lied and told us that "no one ever said we were Tricor certified", when we pushed back calmly he raised his voice, puffed his chest and repeatedly asked "Well do you have proof?!". Upon exiting, Nick wonderfully told us to never return to "his dealership". Absolutely appalling behaviour from anyone in customer service, especially not in a management position. Granted, upon reading the reviews mentioning Nick, I am really not sure why I was surprised by this emotional behaviour. To Kia Cobourg: Do better. And before you reply, yes we were told you were Tricor certified - Nick, the "story" you got from the service manager is interesting considering we never spoke with him. More

I was very happy either the sales service at cobourg Kia. James brought in a car white with red upholstery that I and my wife liked at first glance . I'm so glad I did!! mark hands down was extremely genuine, honest, fair negotiation as well as not pushy at all, but did respond to emails very promptly to answered any questions we had. To be honest he was so great and as well as the dealer ship I wouldn't hesitate to drive 2.5hrs one way if I had an issue because I know I can trust them 100%. Mark took his time to go over all the settings with us the day we were leaving every thing went so smooth from first seeing the SUV to the paper signing. and Catharine the financing services manager was extremely helpful, easy to talk to and very knowledgable and walked us through the final paperwork seamlessly. I feel by the time we drove away we all felt like family because how great they were.I could go on forever but if anyone is looking for a car or Kia I would say make the drive if its 10mins or 3hrs to Coburg Kia I guarantee you won't be disappointed Thank you Mark and kia family till next time RJ-Jenn More

I brought my 2010 Kia Soul to Kia Cobourg for a brake inspection. They recommended all new rotors and pads. A week later I noticed a loud noise when going bumps. On the weekend I put car on ramps and n inspection. They recommended all new rotors and pads. A week later I noticed a loud noise when going bumps.
