He was incredibly up front, honest, helpful and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience, (especial anyone could ever expect from a dealership. He tracked down the last new 2010 Rio 5 available in Canada which was located in Quebec and it was even in the colour I wanted...bonus! The price we negotiated was outstanding as it was the same price I paid for my brand new Honda Civic hatchback way back in 1995. My Rio 5 has been a pleasure to drive and has performed very well with fabulous gas mileage. Owner Mario is a fine man who treats his customers with kind respect and the service staff is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I am very pleased with my switch to KIA after 30 years of being a Honda Civic owner....KIA has a great product and they stand behind it. I have been looking for at least six months for a newer vehicle and have been in contact with Mark for questions about pricing and comparison shopping. I was provided quote for timing belt replacement. Was overcharged but didn't pick up the error until payment was processed. The dealership then said they would reimburse the difference.
