Very bad customer service The worst service ever. After I made an appointment over the phone 4 days before when I arrived I left my keys with the guy at the door for oil change The worst service ever. After I made an appointment over the phone 4 days before when I arrived I left my keys with the guy at the door for oil change and he just told me to wait inside. When I asked after 1 hour they didn't touched my car saying that I should have talk with the half of technicians there before somebody start working on my car. Somebody with name Kyle Asse lied by saying my car will be ready in 30 min and when I went after 1 hour they confused my car with another one and he wanted me to sign for somebody else car and paying for it too. This guy kyle assured me that my car was washed as an extra service for my waiting but when I received it it wasn't. For 30 minute promise I ended up in 2 hour and a half waiting. More

Do not buy from this dealer I'm still suffering the consequences of buying from this dealer, I regret the moment that I went in to this dealer. BEWARE,This the worst dealer ever, very dishonest, I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima 3 months ago, the car did not appear to have any problems when I bought it, after 5 days of driving, I could tell that transmission was acting weird, I took the car to the dealer and told them that I was not happy with the car, the manager named Steve, right away show my that he did not care about my problem and did not take responsibility of the problem, he suggested me to leave the car and they would take it to a Nissan dealer across the street, I left the car almost a week, they could not find anything wrong with the car, I kept driving the car and still was the same, jerking when I was @ 40 km per hour, I decided to take the car on my own to a Nissan dealer close to where I live, right away they detected the problem, Transmission failure, they told me that they will have to replace it, I was lucky that car was still under warranty, so imaging paying $20,000 for a car that you think is in perfect condition, with a big dealer name and after you signed the contract, they ignore you completely and you ended up owing to the Bank and stuck with a car with transmission problems, the options they offer you is NOT to help the customer is more to their convenience, DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT BUY if you don't want to ended up like me a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I called a few days ago and asked for a B14 quote and told them I only want the "4" service, which is basically timing belt, water pump and spark plug change; spoke to Lisa and was quoted around 1000, asked her if she can give me a better deal and she responded that she will give me $150 discount if I go with Benny (Service advisor). Appointment day came and I sat down with Benny, surprise surprise, can't it to me for 850, not even 1000, he wanted 1200, and even have the guts and try to convince me to defer the spark plug service to meet my 1000 budget. He told me Lisa made a mistake, yeah right, I was given a ride, big mistake on my side. Never again Classic Honda Brampton, you've wasted my time and now I'll make sure you don't do the same to others. I'll post my experience with several sites and ensure potential customer are warned. More
Vehicle car history not fully disclosed Agreement on purchase on a 2008 Honda Accord EXL, left 1000$ deposit. On agreement is stated 5800$ car damage disclosed by sales person" left fender and headlight". Before purchasing I asked for full car history. Surprisingly, the car had structural damage and was up for action. We called the deal off, and lost 1000$ deposit. A learning message for everyone to PLEASE read fully the car history report before making any decision and learn from this unfortunate experience. Their sales persons are trained to DISCLOSE only if you ask. I hope 1000$ lost in 24 hours would benefit other clients. Thank you for reading. More

I saw a gentlemen sitting outside and asked where the associates were.He told me about a man named Taige not sure if that's how its pronounced... He told he's one of the best and that he would break his back to help you find the car you wanted within your budget,he helped him find his car etc...When I saw him he looked at me funny and asked how I know him.I explained that a gentleman told me to see him for what I was looking for.So he basically told me that have nothing but he hesitated and I got a weird vibe from him.He clearly didn't want to help me so I left.The next day i came back with my husband and we saw someone else and found out that there were a few cars around our budget.Why did Taige lie to me?? very unprofessional!! The other gentlemen who helped us was very pushy and kept showing us the most expensive cars and disregarded our budget.. Terrible service we will never go back!!! More

They booked an appointment for me to inspect my car. I came in punctually and they had no idea why I was there. There was no information in their "system" and the guy - Brendan could not help me whatsoever. He said there's nothing he could do and failed to get up off his seat and investigate. He called Honda America and told me I had 2 recalls and that we would have to wait for them to send us informatio which would take another few days. Then another 1-2 weeks for parts. I told him we have already done all this work 2 weeks ago and it does not make sense. Also that there were 3 recalls to fix - not 2. Then we get into an argument about how many recalls there are. He then asks me to prove it! So I show him on my phone and he says that it's a recommendation only. I tell him to call Hona America back to confirm and he says I'll put it on speaker. The lady indicates there are 3 recalls!! Then I tell him to ask people do some investigating and he's sitting there arguing with me. Saying we can't inspect the car without the info from Honda America. After much arguing he calls the parts area to see anything. He then tells me there's nothing and again nothing he can do or inspect without the information. I ask him for the manager. He talks to the manager on the phone and puts it down. He then tells me they will inspect your car which would take about an hour. I ask him how can they inspect it if they don't have the information??! It's because they did the entire time and that place doesn't have a proper system nor communication, nor customer service. He had such an ego to not even apologize or address it. I talk to the manager and tell him the situation. He apologizes and tells me he will talk to Brendan after. But he avoids the topic and addressing it. I tell him Brendan said it will take another hour - my appointment was at 6:15 and 30 min has already been wasted trying to figure out why I'm there. He says it'll only take 10 minutes. Avoid them. It's a gong show there. I've gotten into 3 arguments with 3 different people. Look at all the other reviews this place sucks. More

After the deal was done Classic Honda advised I would be invited to attend a car care clinic for new customers to learn about maintaining my new vehicle, but the clinic never happened. I contacted customer service twice to find out when the next clinic would take place and no response, or they couldn't say when the next clinic would be and "we'll contact you". Six months later and I'm still waiting. I was looking forward to that clinic. More

He was friendly and helpful - answered all our questions and let both hubby and I do test drives. Tej was upfront about what he was able to do for us on pricing. We left to view more vehicles elsewhere as his was our first. The next day we called to check in and Tej had researched all the things we asked him. He gave us a reasonable discount off the already reasonable asking price right over the phone with no haggling. This was a great vehicle, clean and in good repair. Ultimately we decided to purchase a different one as this was the base model and we chose one with more options. However, Tej gave us a positive car-shopping experience and we wanted to give him a nod - this review was not solicited. Ask for Tej! More
