The 2009 Odessy has not met the quality standards I have enjoyed with the other five Honda/Acura vehicles I have owned, or had leased for me. Bought a $1,600.00 HONDA PLUS extended warranty. I tried taking the Van back at the end of October for the same, repetitive problem, which had been covered before. This time, the Service Tech tells me my warranty had expired in August 2016. I spoke with Michelle on October 31, 2016, who informed me the date from when my extended warranty coverage began, was on the day the van was purchased from the original owner. Therefore, their position is my extended warranty expired on August 2016. I asked her, where does it say that on any of the documents from the sale? How would I have known that? She couldn’t answer. xxx!! I called Honda Canada and as usual, they were completely useless. The last Honda Rep, gave me an email to copy them on, when I send my email to Classic Honda owners. What a scam. But, who us worse? It is a tie, they both suck! More

When we wanted a particular trim and colour, he and the inventory manager worked diligently to find our vehicle of choice (in Niagara). Oneil kept us in the loop throughout the process and delivered the vehicle within 2 days once located. I've noticed numerous sub-par reviews on this site (mostly dealing with service and used vehicles) but I can honestly say that if you want to purchase a new vehicle, Oneil Kerr from Classic Honda is the man to call - professional, thorough service with very fair pricing. The car was not even washed properly you can easily tell by just looking at it. Informed the sales person TEJ KHOSA about it he said its been already washed on saturday and when I showed him he said come back after an hour i will get it done. I was already disappointed because the scheduled delivery time was at 9:00 AM while I was on my way got a text message to come at 10:30 AM, I thought it happens and after being late on Car Delivery I din't expected to get my car not even washed properly . After 30 minutes he brought my car when I looked at it, it wasn't even touched and was brought as it is third reason for disappointment. Also wasn't even showed or explained of what you get in the new car. When I looked on the floor there was winter mats which I paid for but the new car also comes with summer mats which I could not find it in the car. Informed to Mr. KOSHA about it he said did u looked in the trunk it should be there, I told him why don't you look by yourself and he also could not find the mats. He gave me xxxxxxxxx reason for it " we got your car from READY HONDA as you requested white color but we din't had it". The car was actually brought from another dealership since OCTOBER 19th,2016 and was informed to pick up the car on Oct 20,2016 but due to work I could not so I requested for October 21,2016 FRIDAY but the sales person Mr. KHOSA was having day off ao could not get it and finally was decided to pick up on Oct24,2016 at 9:00 AM. The car being at CLASSIC HONDA for 4 working days and wasn't even washed and checked for all accessories in the car. Mr. KHOSA started running around looking for mats but could not find it then he went to SALES MANAGER INDERJIT CHAUDHARY (VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT PERSON) working as a sales manager who din't even bother to look at me in my eyes and coem outside of his cabin to apologize for such inconvenience. Mr. KHOSA said we ordered it for you and will be here in a week with no documents provided saying there was no mats ans car wasn't cleaned at the time of delivery. I had to remind him can you please write on BILL OF SALES to reclean the car and they owe me summer mats which he did after but still not a single time said "SORRY". There was diwali sale going on which says on one of the DEMO OR ADVERTISING HONDA CIVIC EXT HONDA SENSING 2016 proce to be $23607, upon asking for the details was told by Mr. KHOSA like he is not aware of such low price and diverting the talk saying it could be for DEMO vehicle. I had signed the papers so I was stuck but any one going at CLASSIC HONDA VAN KIRK DRIVE BRAMPTON should think twice before stepping in and infinite times before signing the papers and giving deposit. More

From the beginning, he was keen on ensuring I received the best price for the vehicle. I had many many questions and was impressed by his prompt courteous responses to my phone calls/emails. I found that all the employees( finance manager/ receptionist /sales) were professional and helpful. Will definitely recommend Balli! Great dealership!!! More

I called the salesman Balli and he advised to bring back to service to check, Next day the service said, I had a broken struts, for a brand new 43K car!!!! I escalate to replace my car with no luck, even honda canada, they are helpless. My advise, don't buy from this dealer More
