Service and bought my car here Bought my 05 accord at classic Honda brand new, at first they fixed my problems for being under warranty for time, 5 years after the service quality j Bought my 05 accord at classic Honda brand new, at first they fixed my problems for being under warranty for time, 5 years after the service quality just dropped and keep getting worst after 2010 till now, last year 2016 June they did the worst oil change services on my accord and I use to be mechanic so I do my own major work and know they sloppy crap service I got they keep dirtying the body and interior with oil stains and scratching my engine trying to open the oil cap with screw drivers, I delt with the service manager a few times which was no help just a complete wast of time and even the service advisors who don't return my calls... reported this to Honda Canada and nothing was done. I have now going to different deals and do my own oil changes. Big FU to classic Honda More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE Brought my car into the service for a constant noise and I was denied of making an appointment in person. Went home to make an appointment and they sa Brought my car into the service for a constant noise and I was denied of making an appointment in person. Went home to make an appointment and they said that the Service Manager will call me. I found it ridiculous that I could not simply make an appointment. Went back to the dealership service center and after a while I finally got to make an appointment, In between from the time I made the appointment to the appointment date, I skidded, but the noise was still there prior to the skid. They diagnosed my car with a broken wheel barring and said that was the cause of the noise. I knew that the noise happened before the skid, so the wheel barring was defective due to wear and tear initially and not the skid; the skid made the worn out barring worse (broke it). Now I cannot prove to them it was due to wear and tear. My extensive plan would have covered for the wheel barring under normal circumstances, but since this happened, I won`t be covered under the warranty. I feel unjust that I had to pay for this amount when it should have been covered by my warranty. I told service and the finance manager about my situation and they said that they could not accommodate for me. When I tried to pursue it further by asking them questions on how I could resolve this, they were rude about it and sent me off. After wanting to speak to the service manager, the service staff told me he was not in and will come back the next day. The next day I came in to speak to the service manager and the service staff told me he was out for lunch, so I waited 30 minutes and again I have asked if he was back, but they told me again that he just stepped out for lunch. I found it absurd that they have told me two different things. I went home and called him, but no one picked up so I left a voice message. He did not respond to my message and I had to call again, yet no one answered. Overall, poor and rude service from Classic Honda. I advise people who want to purchase their car or get their car service here to not go to this dealership because they will NOT help you. More

Cheaters - Dont give them a penny go anywhere else Went to buy a Honda Civic 2016. They made me put a $1000 deposit before the credit app was done, taken by card that very moment. I was told the money would be refunded when the car is delivered or if the financing doesnt go through. I told the salesguy and finance manager I cannot put a down payment and they said it was okay, the application would be cancelled. Next morning I get a call that Financing requires a down payment of just over $4000. I told them I cannot do that so I will come to get my refund. Finance manager replies "okay your salesperson will arrange this for you". When I get there after 6, as I finish work at 6, I was told that accounting closes at 4. I told them I can come on Saturday so the sales person/manager Mo (Mohammed) says yeh thats fine. Then on Saturday they say we can sell you Demo CRV with out downpayment. Then I find out that the demo CRV has a 20000 kilometer mileage on it and I tell them that is not a demo car it's a used car. Still I said I need to look at the car to make up my mind. Mo says please come on Monday. I turn up at the dealership on Monday spending money on Uber and then I'm told that the car has not been arranged because it is it the owners place. I was upset about the car not being there so another manager Indy turns up , and says that I don't know why MO didn't tell you but he could have sent the car at your place for viewing. I will send it to you tomorrow. The next day the car still doesn't come because it has not been washed and that is what I'm told. Finally I get to see the car the day after that and I find that the car is chipped and scratched in places. I refused to buy the car. Now because I'm not buying that crappy car that they were trying to force me to buy, so now they are harassing me. The refund that seemed so easy in the beginning all of a sudden is turning into a nightmare. MO tells me to send an email to the sales guy Emilio asking for a refund. Now Emilio is not responding to my text so I send an email to Indy the manager asking for a refund. He doesn't reply to my email so I go to the dealership and they tell me that it's a long process which involves the board to make a decision which can take weeks. Then Indy tells me I need to write a letter not just an email, what I say why wasn't I told this earlier. Now they're just changing this statement to harass me so they don't have to give me the money and making it sound like it's some complicated policy of the dealership. I have a simple question it's my money which was deposited for the car and if the car was not sold then why is my money not being given back? What is there to decide about? it's my money but then again they're harassing a newcomer to the country thinking that he is naive and doesn't know the system. Just because I am not buying a car from them doesn't give them the right to harass me. I have already spent so much time effort and money traveling to and from their dealership just to buy that car which eventually they couldn't sell to me and now I don't want to buy from them at all. As a matter of fact when I visited the dealership today the staff was not just uncooperative but was rude to the extent of being abusive. More
