Unfair and unjustified prices So we went to buy a civic today. We got exception service from Gary Singh at the entrance. He claimed his service is 100% honest and fair. So we selected a 2014 Civic EX. Went for a test drive, found some problems with it but that was expected as the car had just come off lease two days ago. He noted all the problems in the car. While in the car, we found out the car has not been included in the inventory yet and he doesn't know the price. That was up to the manager. The car was at 80000km. This is the important part. We come back to the dealership and find out that the price of this car is $17,000. Which was really weird to me as their stock showed they sold a 2014 civic ex with 45,000km for $17,900. That doesn't make sense. And Gary couldn't justify the pricing of this car even though I showed him ads of other civics with around 80,000km going for 14,500. He told us to go buy from there. Ridiculous unfair pricing at this dealership. Avoid unless you're clueless about what you need. More

I initially walked into the dealership looking for some another car but he convinced us to get a car that matched our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend the dealership and Balli to purchase a car. I said I want to reconsider a used car for myself and he simply ignored the fact and said used car will give me trouble and new one wont. He also asked to start a credit application for car loan from honda. I might consider honda but not from this dealer. More

He was not pushy or aggressive. He answered all my questions in a manner that was understandable. He has an amazing energy about him and is very good at what he does. He takes pride in his work and is willing to help even after the purchase has been made. If you do go to this dealership ask to deal with Jorge. Great service and great experience. Thank you!!!! The worst experience ever in the 28 years of my life I went to buy a used Honda Accord for CAD 10,750 and had a Co-signor and though the deliver was delayed for almost a month, I kept my cool and went fo I went to buy a used Honda Accord for CAD 10,750 and had a Co-signor and though the deliver was delayed for almost a month, I kept my cool and went for the delivery. The day of delivery, my co-signor was presented the papers to sign and the paperwork revealed something entirely different. The paperwork showed my co-signor as the primary buyer and me as the co-buyer. Another interesting fact seen on paper was the raised price of vehicle from the originally CAD 10,750 to CAD 11,754. No guys, it wasn't a miracle, it was just a clear case of cheating. The sales man I dealt with was Sunil Pillai and the Business concerned Manager's name was Steve Vallier. Another interesting development amidst all this was the case of missing plates. The vehicle was registered in my name with my existing plates, but they misplaced my plates and they lost it. They have no idea as to where they lost it. Now a sane person in their right mind would never buy their car again from these guys and like any other sane person, I told I don't need a car from you guys and they disagreed to pay me back the CAD 500 that I had deposited and told me I had to pay CAD 950 extra to them as damages. Now, that ticked me off and I have referred my case to a lawyer as of now. When I talked to Mr. Steve "Nice Guy" Vallier, he told me "Buddy don't get emotional, its just business". Well I am not surprised on why they do so well in spite of so many bad reviews because, all they do is cheat people. I am also planning on letting people out there know about this through a letter to the editor in Toronto Star. Anyone wanting to see the proof, I can give you the proof. I have them all as pictures. The relevant documents. I will try posting on the result once the process is completed. Advise to anyone planning to buy a car, "DONT EVER CONSIDER CLASSIC HONDA, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU UNLESS YOU ARE BUYING A NEW CAR" More
