We had a wonderful experience at the dealership, with the management, our salesperson, Raf and the financial department. Had to give 1 star because I couldn't post at 0 stars. ...I tried to contact them multiple times regarding a warranty fix to my car and not once did I receive a call back with answers to my questions. They ...I tried to contact them multiple times regarding a warranty fix to my car and not once did I receive a call back with answers to my questions. They would not book me in for diagnosis of the problem after I explained the situation. Each time I called, they took down the same information and said they would call back and never did. They also said that if I were to take my vehicle to them, that I would need to pay restocking fees for parts that should be included in the warranty work. Overall, really disappointed that I now have to drive to another city to get the required work completed on my car. Will never go to them or recommend them due to the lack of customer service and how they think that they can just push you off for warranty work while you are driving a vehicle that is now considered 'dangerous and not roadworthy' until the fix is completed. More
