City Ford considered many options and scenarios for us in order to ensure we got what we wanted and needed and even came up with some that were more beneficial to the specific circumstances on the fly. I didn't however win an Focus RS on my spin to win so that was probably the most realistic disappointment for the entire experience. More

City Ford SUCKS! I had the worst experience ever at City Ford! the first saleman i had swore at my son in law and told us to get the EFF out. He wouldn't give us any numbers or answers and we expressed how our patience was running thin and next thing you know we are being told off and to get out. i called the manager the next day and he actually defended his saleman!!! That just shows how unprofessional this place is. Next my son just bought a vehicle from there...paid WAY TOO MUCH by the way. He gave my name for his referral and instead of listening to my son, they gave it to another person that was in that day with my son. Another thing, my friend traded her 2016 truck in for a new 2018 and they gave her $43,000 for her truck which had 70,000 kms on it. I went in to possibly trade mine in as they emailed me and text me saying they would pay off my truck and give me a great deal. They offered me $32,000 for my truck which has 30,000 kms on it and a step up from my friend's truck. This place and the people that work there are a JOKE! I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them! Most of them don't know anything about the vehicles or what they can tow or anything! SERIOUSLY DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! More

Terrible service! After I signed my papers in finance the service was terrible. Also not one person has told me how new features in ny truck work or even gave me a walkthrough. Once the money part was signed and done I was cast to the side so they could move on to the next person. Worst experience I have ever experienced when buying a vehicle. Dont waste your time with them. I do not recommend their salesman Max or the dealership at all. More
