Love her !! Sat and Keith put me at ease and said they would look after me and they totally did !! There was no fakeness about any of them ,,, love that Ravi had a big smile on his face when he met me in the parking lot right away and brought me to Sat!! I told everyone here at work and my family about my experience. There was no pressure, no uneasiness at all. I love my Jetta !! again want to say thank-you for truly a wonderful experience,, especially first time buying a new car !! I will always come back to your staff. Many thanks !! (love both Lucies !!) Extremely disappointed I was going to sell my Volkswagen to them and they told me I can remove my listing online and that they promise to give me the money right away. We didn't agree on a price that day, but he was kind enough to accommodate making a deal with via text and email since I worked all weekend and was unable to come in during their operating hours. I picked up my car the next day and Bill was very friendly and explained all the warranty information to me in a clear, concise way. Tobias and Adam also helped along the way, and they also could not have been friendlier. I had a great experience at Chilliwack Volkswagen. More
