our experience we went to look..and i admit, i was leery of going into a car dealership, lone female with kids in tow. fear not! we were greeted by MORGAN who was fr we went to look..and i admit, i was leery of going into a car dealership, lone female with kids in tow. fear not! we were greeted by MORGAN who was friendly and welcoming. and HONEST--he admitted he was only 2 weeks into his employment at the chilliwack vw dealership. we were also introduced to his manager keith and together they picked out cars for us to look at based on our needs and wants. i was listened too and used cars where picked out for me but i was also encouraged to try and drive a car [new] that was not what i wanted but saying that, it was not pressured into buying it when i said it was out of my comfort zone for pricing. Morgan was a very supportive and encouraging co-pilot as i once again drove a standard after being away from it for 7 years.--he would make a great driving instructor! he took the time and had the patience to go through all the features of the car in a positive and enthusiastic approach--he answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars i tried. he was able to point out the pros and cons of each car i tried and interjected with tidbits of his own experiences owning a vw. MORGAN was with us from start to finish [just over 3 hours], and we never felt hurried or pressured. he was very kid friendly [as commented by my kids] and every desk we sat at [august and danny], they made room for us 3. it was a positive experience for us--i knew the reputation of vw cars was stellar, and i can also say without reservation, that our experience with morgan was the same. MORGAN has a great future ahead of him, he is a quiet, gentle and knowledgeable sales associate who truly wants the best buying experience for you and i always felt he had my best interests at heart. More

She was very knowledgeable not only about vehicles in general, but the Volkswagen I was interested in, she knew all the in's and out's about it and if she didn't she found the answer right away. The test drive was exciting as well. She took me out and showed me what the car could do, what each of the operating systems did and then she let me take over and drive. Nadine answered all my questions and even after I bought the car she went out of her way to bring me an owner's manual to my home town. I have never been happier with my Volkswagen. I was greeted at the door by Jesse and we sat and talked about the situation my mom was in with her vehicle and how she was looking to get a newer vehicle. The conversation eventually changed to my 2013 f150 and the money I was paying in both finance and fuel. Jesse gave me comparative numbers and showed me a 2012 VW Jetta TDI. Although previously used and a year older he assured me I would be more than happy with the switch. It has been a few months now and true to his word I am a VW fan and love the money I save with the TDI in fuel economy and as well all the extra features the VW has over the truck I had.
