I went into the dealership and get the paperwork done. His service excellence continues and was very civilized during the negotiation of my trade in car's valuation. Overall, a deal done without any drama, ill feeling or left with a bad taste. Just a comparison, I sent out a few other "Cold Call" email to other dealership/sale manager, only half chose to respond. For those who responded, some were not willing offer any pricing. These folks need to wake up and rejoin the cyber-age. More

Quick and professional I went in here for my first oil change for my 2016 Civic EX and this dealership got it done very fast and gave me recommendations for my car. The person helping was very polite and got my car into the shop within 10 minutes of me arriving and the mechanic got to work right away. They have incredible service they even had an employee help a person who didn't speak a word of English and got everything he needed done! Great job! More

Very happy customer I just picked up my brand new Honda HRV-EXL from Wayel Hena! I was referred by a friend to come see him and I came all the way from mississauga (there I just picked up my brand new Honda HRV-EXL from Wayel Hena! Very respectful, very helpful!! No complaints at all! I was shocked to see how wonderful I was trweated because now a days not a lot of people care if your happy or not! Take business for granted. Hey, I had gotten two cars from here. When I went to buy back my second car from lease was treated like xxxx and unprofessionally by some a man name Hey, I had gotten two cars from here. When I went to buy back my second car from lease was treated like xxxx and unprofessionally by some a man named Nick. I had to chase the guy around to buyback the car. Then he forgot about me in the lobby of the dealership. He could care less about customer service. This was many years ago but this has cost the dealership a sale of a new car number 3 (are you reading this Peter Riccio?) and I would venture about 10K in service business if I add up my records. Of course, Peter being a good salesperson will fleece you but at least he's polite about it. Nick gets your money and pays you back in incompetence and an "I could care less" attitude. Lenny and Vince were always nice. Better than the service dept. cast of clowns I deal with now at another honda dealership. Well perhaps they don't give a xxxx but, taking people's business for granted has cost you $$. More

BEWARE of TONY DRAGONE Tony is not only rude and unprofessional, but his lack of communication skills takes the cake. Went to Castle to discuss matters with my brand new 20 Tony is not only rude and unprofessional, but his lack of communication skills takes the cake. Went to Castle to discuss matters with my brand new 2016 vehicle only to meet a grumpy service representative by the name of Tony Dragone. When I arrived, he was talking down to his peers in Service. Tony then approached me in an unruly manner, nothing about his demeanour is friendly. Tony didn't care about my concerns, he doubted what I was saying. Tony also had difficulty comprehending what I was saying, he got flustered, showed aggression and made personal attacks to me and tried to pond me off to someone else. Problem solving and Customer Service isn't, Tony's strengths rather his weakness. On a pleasant note!! A BIG Thank You to Rajean Johnson another service representative at Castle for being professional and de escalating the issue. Tony needs anger mangement he is not only unpleasant but does not fit in well with the friendly, welcoming staff at Castle!! He is the black sheep at Castle and it clearly shows!! Here is what i like about my experience with Freddie ( i didn't work with anyone else so i can't really say) 1.He is a very easy to work with. I didn't have to waste my time on visiting the dealership and playing their games. Most of my communication with him was over emails, text messages and few phone calls. 2. I got a great deal on new CRV and although it is a bit far from where i live it was totally worth the trip. 3.All my friends who i sent to him were treated the same way as i was - with honesty and respect.
