I was told it would be about 4 hours and that there were several people ahead of me. since i am handicapped and had not planned a 4 hour stay at this time where we are all afraid of getting ill outside our home. But after a little while was offered a ride home with Marcello -- who is wonderful -- as well he went above and beyond to retrieve my keys and pick me up again. Overall--great service in this crazy time. More
