Very courteous I have always had great service here. Customer service is great and when I had to wait a bit, a kind gentlemen was offering me coffee and water. SEAMLESS I have been with Carter's Service group since September of 1984. Through normal circumstances I have lost a number of staff over the years. While I have missed many of them dearly and always wondered aloud about "how will this change" the customer relationship, I have always been extremely pleased to see that the transition and service has always remained "SEAMLESS". Thank you to Meghan, Mark, Bill and Levi and to a great customer driver support staff whose name escapes me at the moment. Made my day. Winter tires are in retreat and welcoming Summer.
