Which include, 3 outstanding front desk clerks to your right then straight ahead the professional, friendly and knowledgable team of 4 service members who always comfortably work with each other as a family unit to find resolve and resolutions in the best interest of the customer. They are Kristen, Elton, Steve and Leon, fantastic service, Thank you. Now at the head at the table, you will be happy to meet Jason in management, an outstanding gentleman, very approachable, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, always there when you need him in addressing any issues, concerns, in taking all and any extra steps necessary for a positive outcome. I bought a late model used p/u from Carter GM . The truck needed a few things done to satisfy me completely and the used car dept came through. Elton in service to me was a super star I had a time line and h needed a few things done to satisfy me completely and the used car dept came through. ***VERY DISAPPOINTED*** I have taken my vehicle here for some fairly expensive work in the amount of over $8000.00 on two recent visits. I am satisfied with the work completed by the mechanic. Two major issues as far as customer TRUST and customer SERVICE is concerned: *1)* The problem is that I have a DVD player in my vehicle and a DVD in went missing from my vehicle after the first visit. I notified the service department and was informed no one would touch the DVD. I know with almost certainty the mechanic would not do such a thing. I just wanted to notify and let them know what happened with my daughter's favorite DVD. I didn't get an offer of reimbursement. *2)* The second *MAJOR* issue is that my DVD stopped working after I dropped off my vehicle after the first visit (when the DVD went missing). I didn't realize the DVD player was no longer working as I hadn't used the DVD player since my first service visit. I did take it back to have their Service department assess my DVD player. I know the service advisor did what he could in his limited capacity to rectify the situation. I was told the DVD unit would need to be replace at a cost of approximately $700(!!!) And possibly labor charge 'could' be deducted. My DVD player will not accept any DVD as the DVD player carriage has been broken. I have had *NO* issues with the DVD player until I took my car in for the first visit. I am satisfied with the work from the mechanic. I am very disappointed with my missing DVD and broken DVD player. Too many coincidences not resolved to my satisfaction. I don't trust how this dealership handled my car while in their care and am deeply disappointed. I am willing to pay for work done but if my vehicle is worse off and costing me more money i.e. when my DVD player was working before does not make for a happy customer. Where the heck is my missing DVD? How did my DVD player get broken? *You've been warned* More

Warning for their over charge service! Got an issue with my Pontiac Vibe to start me car. Have them checked. $180 for diagnostic and $520 for starter replacement (all amount I mentioned here are with tax in my Pontiac Vibe to start me car. Have them checked. $180 for diagnostic and $520 for starter replacement (all amount I mentioned here are with tax included). It was interesting that at the first place I was told that the cost would be $650 on the phone, but I tell them I am not going to fix it for the moment and want the car back. They then show me the estimation on paper is $520. Not sure if that is a mistake or purposely giving the quote at first place hoping people will simply accept it after the call. End up I have Canadian tire to do the starter replacement for $330. Was told by Canadian staff that, the diagnostic of such a problem will probably charge less than $90. Their charge almost double to other. If you can find a trustable small shop for repair, you may even save more money. What a rid off! More

Kevin knows the business, he knows what to say and when to say it-he also knows intuitively if you are a genuine buyer or a tire kicker-he will work with you. I recommend you get a good buying experience and go see Kevin, top of his game-Carter Gm has an asset, take note members of management! More
I bought a 2020 Silverado 1500 3.0 Diesel from Carter. Oil change i had to tell them the type of oil to put in otherwise they would have put the wrong oil in. I had a grease leak in the boot of one of my Oil change i had to tell them the type of oil to put in otherwise they would have put the wrong oil in. I had a grease leak in the boot of one of my CV Axles. I toook a pic in out of courtesy to them. They booked my in and then called me back 5 minutes later. Told me they looked at the pic and it is not covered. They relied on my pic alone and didn't even bother physically looking at the problem. I would agree with their diagonsitcs if they physically looked before saying no. Absolutely terrible unprofessional service. More
