I contacted Carter Chevrolet Dealer regarding a new Van they had on sale. The sales man named Jeff Sheng checked the add and said the Van was avialable. I went to the Dealer and apprised there were no Van they had on sale. The sales man named Jeff Sheng checked the add and said the Van was avialable. I went to the Dealer and apprised there were no Van like we were talking about it. I wasted my time, ferry cost . I will not recomen this dealership. More

My wife purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger . Dealership had no when the box states “ has this vehicle been used as a taxi , ambulance , lease , rental car , police vehicle . The xx under no . Ve Dealership had no when the box states “ has this vehicle been used as a taxi , ambulance , lease , rental car , police vehicle . The xx under no . Vehicle was a locally owned vehicle . Not true , the previous two registrations were left inside the glove box . Inside the manual . They stated a complete falsehood . The said vehicle had been previously used as a lease and a rental vehicle . I drove in and asked for the manager . I then introduced myself and explained the problem of non declosure . I gave him a chance to correct the problem . He compared the vin to the one on the registration and came to the conclusion that they did not match . I left without calling him out . Yes the vehicle identification number clearly matched . Now a third party is involved . Thanks to both Jeff and Ali our salesman . More

I called and inquired about buying a used beehive. And right away they over priced their vehicle, and lied to me to under price mine. They told me a certain vehicle sold for 6300, witch I looked up and seen no ads anywhere for that low of a price, they then told me my vehicle was worth around that same amount. Witch I then looked it up and it sells or over double what they offerd. They are a dealer trying to take adtvantage of people they think are dumb. More
