Dodge2006 Thank you for your review. We appreciate the comments and work to resolve them in a timely manner. Carsco prides itself on helping customers that are not able to get financed even through several bankruptcies. Our policies are very transparent at Carsco with all the details being laid out with regards to manufactures warranty and the FREE 90 day warranty that comes with every Carsco vehicle purchased. Upon review of your file we determined that you still had manufactures warranty and guided you to Dodge for the repair you said needed to be done. Dodge performed exploratory work on your vehicle and determined in writing your vehicle was in proper condition with no repairs needed. Because it was determined that no work needed to be done on your vehicle we, (Carsco) were happy to pay out of pocket for that exploratory work as it was not covered under manufactures warranty. The next contact we had with you was over 8 months later. After 8 months your No Charge 90 warranty Carsco warranty had expired at this point and you had agreed, in writing, you would not require the offered extended warranty through Carsco. At that 8 month period you went back to Dodge in Airdrie and it was determined you were now approaching them on a completely separate issue and it was deemed not to be covered under their manufacturers warranty. All of our vehicles come with 90-day warranty no charge, are put through 100-point inspections and are serviced and cleaned till practically new. We are sorry to hear that you have had an unfavorable experience at Carsco and have built in new safeguards and sign offs at Carsco so this type of miss communications does not occur going forward.
