Fantastic! I love my new car! I have only owned two cars my whole life and the last one was a "passed down from parents" car, so I was so nervous about the purchasing routine becau I have only owned two cars my whole life and the last one was a "passed down from parents" car, so I was so nervous about the purchasing routine because I wasn't as familiar with it as I was wishing I was. I went into the Niagara Falls dealership and I was greeted right away with smiles. I was instantly at ease, or at least as much as I could have hoped for! I had my budget, I knew what I liked, and the girl I dealt with was so understanding and helpful. She set me up with the car I was hoping for and at a payment that was even better than I thought I would get. Overall, I had a better-than-better experience with them. They were all incredibly friendly and my car buying experience was a dream! Thank you Cardinal Kia! I read through other reviews here and I had to laugh at the one that called themselves young and educated (mainly because of the grammar and spelling mistakes (educated??), and her misplaced suggestion that getting a better, more expensive car for the same price as the cheaper one was somehow harmful to her (she should look up the word "avenger" if she wants to try using it in the right context)). It was what determined my decision to leave my review. If someone like me can go into a car dealership and without knowing at all how it works or what to expect, and still walk out happier than I ever thought I would, then take it from me, this dealership deserves praise. My nerves were through the roof (it's a huge purchase!) and in the end, here I am with the car of my dreams. Yippee!! More

Deceptive and Shady.. I originally told sales rep that I have 10k+tax max price... he said he could make it work and introduced me to a bunch of vehicles priced around 12k ( this is when i spotted the avenger). After test driving the car and noticing some minor issues i decided to sleep on it . The next day I proceeded to the dealership to purchase this dream vehicle, only to be told he never said he would do 10+tax and the price is what it is. WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM HE SAID THE PAYMENTS ARE BASICALLY THE SAME JUST LONGER TERM. When I say 10,000 it does not me show me a 12,000+ car. I cannot call this lying as he never did say it would be 10k but I can gaurentee you it was very deceptive. In short, nothing good to say about this place. More

My go-to car dealership! I have purchased two Kia's from Cardinal Kia and my sister bought a used Jeep from them as well. Every time I deal with them, whether for servicing or I have purchased two Kia's from Cardinal Kia and my sister bought a used Jeep from them as well. Every time I deal with them, whether for servicing or whenever I bought my cars, I have had a grade A experience. I love that they're so friendly all the time, and I love that it's family owned with a family feel to it. My sister and I met the owner and he's so sweet. I will definitely go back for my third car, and I recommend them to everyone. Top notch! :) More

Unethical dealership towards women breach of contract! Now taking legal action ongoing issues for 8 months! Cardinal Kia service department not recommended....they let a car off lot with out working odomet Now taking legal action ongoing issues for 8 months! Cardinal Kia service department not recommended....they let a car off lot with out working odometer..no alignment...brake issues..missing are back break lights..issues with clutch...failed to disclose to banking institution vehicle hasv$12,500 worth of damage !!!! And refused to give car back within 24hours of buying vehicle and neglected the walk away plan purchased!!! Kia Canada not much better doesn't hold dealership accountable for a actions...still driving a car that doesn't stay on the road for more than 5 seconds before veering into other lane... Very hard on arm neck shoulders and back driving long distance and with my disabilities.....they refuse to address issue tell me they don't know what is wrong....been in 4 times for alignment...each time get difference report and still doesn't fix issues,....very very frustration....as paying $300 a month car payment...and not even driving he car I originally bought ,,,,,, need legal action.
