Poor service Very poor and extremely slow service. We had an appointment for 8:00 am. Never got our car back until after 2:30. Wow. What is the point of overbo Very poor and extremely slow service. We made our appointment about a week in advance and were told to be at the shop by 8:00 am. We arrived on time and were 3rd in line. So nearly 6 hours later we finally get our car back? The sudden snowfall caused a rush for tires changes I realize, but I wonder how we got pushed back so far in line when we had pre-booked AND on time. This tire change turned out to be a very bad experience for us. More

Warranty repairs. No issues I was having issues with my vehicle. Todd found a recall for my vehicle even though it was no longer under warranty. Don't use service Paid 100$ over my quote took 12 days when they told me 1-2 .... car still is making a noise . Shaun Nemeth was my first contac I was treated to exceptional customer service when I booked my vehicle in for a scheduled multi-point inspection. Shaun Nemeth was my first contact that day and he not only took the time to show me how to check my oil levels in my vehicle, he suggested we change the oil and confirmed that this oil change would be no cost. He also had my vehicle ready before noon that same day all at no cost (used the welcome package). Doug, the Shuttle driver, was very professional and personal. He made me and his other passengers feel at ease. His pleasant and upbeat demeanour really made my day.
