My experience with Capital GMC was very positive. Ian Kearns was great to deal with and tried hard to find options for me when the make and model I had researched didn't work out. Comments and questions were directed towards me. This was something that my husband noticed right away too. We were much more comfortable working with individuals that actually listened to us. I have been shopping for a SUV for a while now and have been shopping with my wife to find a SUV for our growing family. We requested some information about the Buick Enclave that we saw online and wit been shopping with my wife to find a SUV for our growing family. We requested some information about the Buick Enclave that we saw online and within 30 minutes Trevor phoned us to book an appointment to look at the vehicle. I was very impressed with the promptness of his phone call. When we got to the dealership Trevor greeted us right away with enthusiasm and a smile. It was great to be treated like family. Trevor made us feel at ease within the dealership and showed us the Enclave which was parked just right outside the front door. Trevor answered all our questions about the vehicle and even let us take it for an extended Test Drive so we could be sure that we were purchasing the right vehicle for our needs. When we purchased the vehicle we came back the next day and Trevor explained everything about our new Buick and even helped us with our GM Onstar Setup. We were introduced to all the great staff at GMC capital and it was very nice to be part of this growing family of respected professionals. I went to different dealerships to find the right car i wanted. They were less interested in what i wanted and more in what they wanted to sell me. trying the sell the next model.....then i went to Capital wanted. They were less interested in what i wanted and more in what they wanted to sell me. trying the sell the next model.....then i went to Capital GMC where I was promptly greeted by the sales associate- Victoria Eggum and she helped me decide what were the right options i had and got all of them pulled out for me to have a look at them and test drive them if i wanted. I considered Ford Escape, Edge, drove Cadillac SRX4 & Terrain and then finally decided to buy the Terrain. Even when i was confused between buying Terrain and Srx, she never tried to sell me Srx over terrain just because it was more expensive or something which i felt at other places. I was never rushed to select one or buy one. I took my time and decided to buy what i wanted. She provided excellent customer service. Had she not told me that it was her first day at Sales floor and i was the first customer she was dealing with i would have never known that.I would like to congratulate both VIctoria and Capital GMC for that as i think they provide excellent training and let associates help customers only when they are ready. At the other dealership when i asked some questions regarding the car i was told by the guy helping me that he was still new and just joined last month so did not know much. I was okay with that till i came to Capital GMC and Victoria mentioned that it was her first day i could not help mentioning it here. I would certainly go back to Capital GMC and if Victoria is still working there would ask her help whenever i buy my next car and will certainly recommend to my friends as well. More

Mario was(is) awesome!! I came in not knowing a whole lot about cars, and I'm glad I ran into Mario. He put no pressure on me at all, we spent about 15 minutes talking before we even got to cars! I was a bit of a pain, but he knew something about every car on the lot, and was able to tell me how it would be beneficial for my situation or why it wouldn't be, while still allowing me to select my car free of pressure tactics or corny lines! We spent nearly the entire day together without me ever feeling like Mario was sick of me lol, even after I told him I probably would not buy that day. I came back a couple of days later and I found the perfect car, and they did everything they could to get it into my budget! Thanks Capital, and thank you Mario for everything!! More

The price for the truck was very competive to others in the area that I was looking at. At first i had a few concerns with the truck but when I brought them to Lana's attention she looked after them and get everything that I asked about fixed ASAP.
