My husband and I are so pleased with the service we have received. We were advised to be patient, they managed to get me from a 32.38 percent rate down to a 17.50 percent which is half and with their credit counseling I know that in a few months I will be in something I LOVE and possibly drop my interest rate down to a possible 5 percent. I walked into the dealership undecided on which SUV i wanted. I was between an Acadia and a Terrain. Taylor Vogt, had sold me a Sierra Truck not that long ago. Her service and knowledge was outstanding. The price was more than fair and I know I got a great deal. The financing department went over all the extra warranty and insurances without being pushy but just made sure I knew all of my options. I also appreciated that they re-detailed it after I was the one that took it out while our streets were sloppy but they made sure it was impecable for when I took possesion. This was not our first new vehicle purchase but was the first from this dealership and we will make sure this is the first place we come to shop for future vehicles, it was a way better experience overall.
