The vehicle was a lease buy back so it had some small issues that they dealt with, however about a week after we took it home we could smell smoke and since have discovered a fairly large burn mark on a floor mat in the back seat. We took it to get shampooed and have the odor removed at a private shop at our own cost. We felt that Capital could have replaced the floor mat and properly detail the vehicle before letting it out of their shop for minimal effort as this is something that we will probably remember the most of our experience dealing here. This dealership is gorgeous! Even when you meet him for the first time it feels like you are talking to an old friend. He went over and above to fit around our schedule(he even pulled the vehicle out of the shop before it was showroom ready so that we could take it for a quick test drive) and then when we liked it he made sure that it was cleaned and ready in no time! And he even sent a truck to go pick up the second set of tires from the original owner! Now that is customer service! And Kevin was so friendly and easy talk to he made the purchasing process a breeze. He even found us another branch of our bank that was open and called and verified because the branch we normally go recently started closing on Saturdays. Overall fantastic experience front to back! Salesmen was great as well as the finance dept. It was the after sale. Went to pick up the car after it was supposed to be checked over and cleaned only to find out it was not cleaned inside at all. Also I had to call to see if the oil was changed, which it was, but there was no sticker or indication that it had been. I had Mona fax me over the worksheet so I knew what had been done. Makes me wonder what else on the GM Certified inspection was not done. More
