I went in there as a 23 year old girl buying her first vehicle alone and he completely took care of me. If I ever were to purchase another vehicle it would be him I would go back to see. I have told many, many people about the service I have received there and how impressed I was to not be pushed over by some salesman trying to make some money and he didn't try to sell me something out of my budget or something completely different then what I wanted. My Financier was Michael Park and I can honestly say the 2 of them were just an amazing team! When I walked into the dealership I didn't know what to expect, not having known anyone that had bought from Capital GMC, but the feeling was quite comfortable. I found everyone to be professional, and to expect, not having known anyone that had bought from Capital GMC, but the feeling was quite comfortable. Colin was able to answer my questions about financing, and the "cash for clunkers" promotion that was going on, and was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs. I didn't feel like I was being harassed to buy a vehicle that was not for me, I knew what I wanted, for the most part, when I went into the dealership. I liked the feeling of trust when I was allowed to test drive the vehicle alone, without a sales rep having to tag along, like so many other dealerships will do. Colin was down to earth, seemed to be a good fit for people in the 25 to 35 yr age bracket who are just purchasing their first vehicle. I never once felt uncomfortable asking him a question about the purchase. Once the sale was complete Colin was the last person we dealt with, he was there to answer any last questions I had, and left me his business card so that I could contact him for any future questions. It was a great sales transaction and I would return to buy my next vehicle there for sure. More

The first oil change I had done was inadequate. The oil leaked from the filter onto my garage floor and driveway. But the second oil change was done properly and FREE! I had bent a protective bar under the engine and it was rubbing the manifold when I accelerated making an annoying noise. The first visit the mechanic said he did not hear anything and "everything was tight". But the noise persisted. The second visit Kristin asked me if there was any other issues other than the oil change. I repeated the noise story and she said they would find it. It came back from the oil change and again the mechanic said no problem and no noise. Kristin would not take no for an answer and set me up for a ride with master mechanic Mike. He found the bent bar right away and fixed it for free! Great work by Kristen and Mike. They did a fantastic job and kept me coming back, even making up for the inadequate oil change and apparent glossing over of my issues by the mechanics. Thanks! More
