The result was that I drove out of their lot with the vehicle I wanted with the deal that I was satisfied with and I look forward to the same good customer service when it comes time to service my new 2013 GMC Sierra. We always deal with Evert when we are purchasing a vehicle. He knows what we want and we just go in there and tell him it "is time" and figures out what to show us.
