I purchased a truck here a month ago, I met Ben on the lot and told him what i was looking for, within five minutes he said he had the perfect truck for me. After taking it for a short test drive I knew it was the right choice. We went inside to discuss the numbers where I met both Dennis and Mona. Dennis got me the best deal I could have asked for. After which I met Jazz for financing, since I'm very young and had limited credit I had to come back to finalize everything and met matt. I've been back a couple times since and met the rest of the team Ben works with. These people care a lot about what they do, and do everything they can to ensure I'm happy, always offer coffee, tea, or water when I'm in. I couldn't ask for better service from this dealership. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and can only assume that if they hire these types of people the entire store is highly recommended. Jon was very easy to deal with, took the time needed to show me a variety of choices, and didn't pressure us into any particular or more expensive vehicle. He knew what we were looking for in a car, and h show me a variety of choices, and didn't pressure us into any particular or more expensive vehicle. He knew what we were looking for in a car, and had selections ready for us to look at when we came in. If I didn't like one of the selections, we moved on right away until we found the right one. No hassle and no pressure. The process was very smooth, fast and the car was ready for me when promised. Booking in the add ons (tint and remote start) was very simple and quick as well. The only part I find frustrating (because I work in a major customer service industry), is going from the sales person (Jon) to the "price negotiater" (think it was Chris) who then goes to "his boss" and comes back with a negotiated price (makes you feel a little small), and then you go to the Financial Services Rep (Jessica) and then back to the sales person again. I believe in taking care of the customer at first point of contact, and taking out at least one middle man would make the experience that much better. We will definitely visit Jon again! More

Words cannot describe how happy I am with this place and the people I dealt with. I went in looking at a specific vehicle and after talking with Ben and Nathan about what I was looking for I walked out with the people I dealt with. Looked at what I wanted to spend and found me something amazing. If it wasnt for them Id have left with something that I wouldnt have been as happy with. They were very helpful and even stayed late to accomodate my schedule. For that I am eternally grateful. Jessica was aweosme as well, got me financed at 8:30 at night even.
