Capital GMC Buick Cadillac

My husband and I had been researching vehicles for a few months. We decided to check out the Capital GMC dealership as there was a sale on vehicles. Joylynn met us on the grounds as we were checking out t months. We decided to check out the Capital GMC dealership as there was a sale on vehicles. Joylynn met us on the grounds as we were checking out trucks. This was nice as other dealerships didn't bother. She helped us figure out what was included in the trucks we were looking at and she kept in touch while we were deciding. Many questions were asked and she either new the answer, or found the answers for us. I wanted some custom work done on the truck and that was entirely taken care of by Joylynn. We had our truck in less then a week and felt helped, not pressured and satisfied. Everyone was pleasant, including the team lead. Thank you Joylynn for your helpful and laid back nature. I gave the salesmen the features I wanted in a vehicle and the price range that I wanted and they did exactly that. Never given any thought to the vehicle I purchased but they let me take it for a spin an and the price range that I wanted and they did exactly that. We had a great customer service experience with both Tony & Robert. They went above & beyond our expectations! Unfortunately we had a bit of a bad situation with our roof rack not being installed after givin & Robert. They went above & beyond our expectations! Unfortunately we had a bit of a bad situation with our roof rack not being installed after giving them one week to do so. This was due to the lack of communication between departments. Another thing is that the employees at the autospa didn't do a good job on our van so Robert had to send it back for a more thorough cleaning on Wednesday so when we went to pick it up on Friday the seats were still damp. Even though things didn't work out to our expectations we are grateful that Tony & Robert took the time to help make our experience better. We would recommend Tony & Robert to our friends or anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
