Aiman was very friendly and went above and beyond. Upon closing, it didn't seem like he was going to get the sale as another sales/manager mentioned something about a "mix up". My wife had emailed an inqu closing, it didn't seem like he was going to get the sale as another sales/manager mentioned something about a "mix up". My wife had emailed an inquiry a while back; however, she couldn't tell me the name of that rep when we arrived at the dealership to look around. Aiman helped us and worked fairly hard for the sale, coming in on his day off to try and lock up our sale. I would be extremely disappointed if he, in fact, did not get the credit or the commission for the sale--which he alone negotiated and made the sale on. More

My husband and I had been researching vehicles for a few months. We decided to check out the Capital GMC dealership as there was a sale on vehicles. Joylynn met us on the grounds as we were checking out t months. We decided to check out the Capital GMC dealership as there was a sale on vehicles. Joylynn met us on the grounds as we were checking out trucks. This was nice as other dealerships didn't bother. She helped us figure out what was included in the trucks we were looking at and she kept in touch while we were deciding. Many questions were asked and she either new the answer, or found the answers for us. I wanted some custom work done on the truck and that was entirely taken care of by Joylynn. We had our truck in less then a week and felt helped, not pressured and satisfied. Everyone was pleasant, including the team lead. Thank you Joylynn for your helpful and laid back nature.
