My unsatisfactory experience with this woman which is discussed below is the reason I have given her such an unfavorable review. Be skeptical and cautious when you are dealing with this woman. She is ext discussed below is the reason I have given her such an unfavorable review. Be skeptical and cautious when you are dealing with this woman. She is extremely nice when there is the possibility that you may purchase a vehicle from her, but if you do not purchase a vehicle from her or if there is no possibility that she can make money off of you, you are insignificant to her (at least in my experience). If she promises you something, make sure that it is in writing or something equivalent, same with the dealership themselves. If you do not, you're in trouble and SOL. She had actually promised to fix a defect in my vehicle that I had previously complained about contingent on coming in to look at upgrading to a new vehicle (which should have been covered under my EXTENDED warranty of my $30,000 vehicle anyways, but I digress...). She then later reneged on her own promise and the excuses started when I didn't end up upgrading my vehicle. Ironically, I was already skeptical of them reneging on such an offer, given my other negative experiences with their staff, so I made sure that I had proof before I went in. Fortunately, I did have proof of this promise, and I took it to the Better Business Bureau for mediation. I ultimately achieved my desired outcome throughout the process, but the fact that I had to go to that forum was truly upsetting. The most depressing part is that they had contacted me and not the other way around, which made the entire experience even more insulting. I must say though that I was very impressed with the overall friendly and courteous service that I received from the sales associate, but her hands were quite tied during the process because of Jazz. This was quite apparent to me and I felt sorry for this sales associate. It was similar to a waitress who looks bad due to an incompetent cook. Jazz will also bring pressure sales to a new level as well. ONE example: she is notorious for saying that "If you don't purchase a vehicle this day, the deal that I am giving you will not be applicable." If she cares about your business, she won't say something like that. She would be more concerned with just getting you into a vehicle for a good, fair price at your convenience and she would not play those games. Furthermore, I guess the message I will send to future purchasers is do not feel pressured by this woman to purchase a vehicle and make informed decisions when dealing with her. Don't make a bad decision just because she is turning up the heat. If she pressures you into a vehicle, it benefits her, but it may not benefit you. Do not assume that just because they are a large business that she and the business will conduct themselves in a moral and ethical manner. Make sure that if you do purchase a vehicle, have them thoroughly explain what is covered under warranty before hand, because they will give you any and all excuses not to fix something when you return for future service. I hope this review helps future buyers! More
