On a limited budget, looking for an older used car, I was intimidated about going to a big dealership. They all treated me very respectfully, made me comfortable, gave me an excellent deal on a 2005 Focus, and followed up making the entire process feel like they were my friends looking out for my best interests. Tony Day was my salesperson but he is no longer there, but everyone I came into contact with over those few days was fantastic! More

Yes and no As I just purchased my Focus less than 2 weeks prior, I went back to have command start installed. While the dealer (Tony Day) gave me one quote at t As I just purchased my Focus less than 2 weeks prior, I went back to have command start installed. While the dealer (Tony Day) gave me one quote at the time of purchase and advised me to contact him directly for further questions under the 30 day guarantee and to book the install, I attempted to reach him finally finding out he no longer worked there. Then the quote was different and my other issues were blown off as "it's a "2005"" and Jeff McDonnell seemed annoyed to speak with me when I arrived (although he asked me to see him first at the install appointment to go over everything). However, the person I spoke with on the phone, Kaitlyn, was extremely helpful. Cynthia at my appinment was friendly and accommodating, when I picked my vehicle up I was treated well, and everything seems to be working well with the install. I do notice that my car is dirty, I just had it freshly washed and detailed, some finished myself, as I am particular, with the tan leather seats it is noticeable with dark prints and smudges on a lot of my interior. After my 3 visits to this dealership, this being my first in the service dept. I will go again, and hope that the majority of the experiences I've had (positive) will balance out the few unpleasant parts of this past one. More

Eric Reec We purchased a new Ford Edge from Capital Ford recently and I can honestly say this was the best new car purchase experience I've ever had. Eric Reece was the sales person we worked with. He was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. After delivery of the car, he offered a detailed training session on the various options it contain and Sync 3. I couldn't be happier with his professional demeanor and service. Jaqueline Broesky was the person in finance who carefully explained the various options available for extended warranty as well as other issues pertaining to financing the car.. This was also an excellent experience. I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending this dealership to anyone who is interested in their products. More
