A couple of days later Jeff sent me an email to follow up on our earlier conversion, I responded by dropping in, we spoke some more, and a test drive was arranged for the following day. My memorable 1st truck buying experience :D I walked into Capitol Ford Lincoln based on a recommendation, even though I thought I had made up my mind on a Chevy earlier that day. That day I signed the papers and soon enough I was driving away in my brand new F250 <3! Cathy Brown, being a horse person like myself also helped with the process by understanding what kind of truck and hitch of course was needed. The whole process was fun and easy! Kelly even brought me to the service department with my first check up in mind and I got to meet Caitlin who booked me in for my first appointment and was extremely personably and friendly.
