After meeting Eric, Rob and Jacqui, I just have to say I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. I have never felt so comfortable buying a vehicle and I've bought quite a few in my day. I am already telling friends, family and co-workers about my experience there. This is my new favourite dealership and have no reason or desire to shop anywhere else in the future. Customer friendly and honest dealership In December 2016 I found used Mazda 3 on their website. When I came to see it I was pleasantly surprised by their customers service. Even though I wa In December 2016 I found used Mazda 3 on their website. When I came to see it I was pleasantly surprised by their customers service. Even though I was buying quite an old car, the sales manager (Eric Reece) was very attentive to my questions and provided me with full information on car history, its condition and possible issues. Without a hurry he answered all questions I had. Then we did some test-drive which revealed some minor defects, which the dealership agreed to fix without extra cost. To make deal more interesting for me they installed new battery and made a good discount on total price. Finally I bought the car without service insurance though. One month later they asked me if I still satisfied with the car and if everything was OK. And let me say: yes I do! I truly appreciate their care unlike many other dealerships which are friendly only before they get one's money. More
