The service was fast and they gave my an equitable replacement car for the night. Which my autopac covered. I picked up my car without incident. Then was called at a later date by the service department telling me that the part was not up to Autopac's standard. (my car had 1600 km on it). They tried to get me back in but couldn't promise a replacement , I find this ridiculous as they are the one's who didn't fix it right and Autopac paid for my replacement. I told them I would need a replacement and was told they were very busy and would get back to me. That was a couple months ago. I am not impressed with this service. I have been a customer at Landau Lincoln for close to 30 years. I assumed I would receive the same service from Capital. More
