Braiden dropped off the van to my house so I could test drive it over night. He did a great job in finding out info for me and even answering questions after hours. Financing was also nice and easy Michael was great straight forward with all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Braiden and the team to family and friends. And I would consider them again for future vehicle purchases. More

Fast, friendly, accommodating experience with upgrade! I was looking to trade in my previous vehicle and purchase a "like new" SUV. However with the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, I hesitated to go into a deal I was looking to trade in my previous vehicle and purchase a "like new" SUV. However with the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, I hesitated to go into a dealership. Luckily Capital Ford were very accommodating in having Braiden come to my home with a candidate for me to test drive. I absolutely love the vehicle. Braiden was very friendly and helpful with my questions and clearly very knowledgable about the vehicle's features. He was able to again come to my home to complete the paperwork and I now have this great vehicle in my driveway without any struggle! More

Another great experience dealing with Capital Ford service department! I dealt with Nicole Reimer in service. She had my truck in the next day, and fixed in time she promised. Nicole kept me informed service department! I dealt with Nicole Reimer in service. She had my truck in the next day, and fixed in time she promised. Nicole kept me informed thru the entire service job which was timing chain on my 3.5 eco boost F-150! When i asked questions about the work if she didn’t know the answer she had the service tech answer my technical questions! Large repair and expensive but Nicole made the entire experience , perfect! I was even pleasantly surprised when i saw my bill. Great job Nicole and the team at Capital Ford Lincoln Winnipeg!!! Complete Satisfied Customer!!! More
