I am an older person who was having trouble getting into and out of smaller vehicles, 2009 Ford Focus was the vehicle I purchased the first time.I returned it with 8015.00 kilometers on it. I suggested to John an incentive to all his co-workes any of them that can sell to a repeat customer with tless than 8,000.km in 2years there should be a price. I was very lucky to have such bright polite and exceptional service from both of these people when I went back and purchased 2011 Ranger, a little higher and harder to park, but I love it. John treats me very professionally in a personable manner and supercedes any sales person I have dealt with in the past. Brittany, knows how to explain the financial end of the purchase very thoroughly. She takes the time to assist you in anyway she can, and someone who comes to work on a day off is very loyal and a great person to deal with. More

John helped in selecting my first new vehicle. He asked what type of vehicle I was looking for, if I wanted a standard or an automatic, and what kind of features I was looking for. When it came to picking the vehicle I was actually going to buy, John showed me which vehicle was actually the best deal with the promotions that were currently going on. When it came time to pick up my new vehicle, John took me to the licence issuer to get plates for the vehicle and then went through everything in the vehicle with me. He also showed me where to go at the dealership when I need to bring my vehicle in for maintenance. As well, John told me I could call him with any questions I had about my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Capital Ford Lincoln and John & Blayne to my friends and family. More

I came to Capital Ford to try out the new Ecoboost F-150 after having been to the competition. The service I recieved at Capital was top notch. I had not made an appointment ahead of time and just showed after having been to the competition. The service I recieved at Capital was top notch. I had not made an appointment ahead of time and just showed up. I was acquainted with Wade and he was able to make time for me right away. He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for, made a few suggestions, and in no time, I was testing a truck. There was no question the Ford was the truck to get. Wade brought Jeff in and we talked numbers. By this time it was almost closing and I needed to "ponder" my decision. I called Wade the next day and he had another truck he wanted me to look at. A truck had just come in without the chrome package. Don't get me wrong the chrome added that extra "bling" factor but I needed functionality over bling. I went back down that evening to take a look at it. We worked the numbers a bit more and made a deal. Wade took me to meet David the finance manager. We started the paperwork. I needed to get the buyout for my trade. I left David a message the following morning. David came in on his day off to get my financing in place. He stayed until the approval was in from the bank. Once I had the good news from David I phoned Wade. David had already told him everyting was in place. Wade had sent my truck out to have the spray liner installed and the protection package was to be done. Wade called on Saturday morning to let me know the truck would be ready that afternoon. I really was not expecting to get the truck until the Monday. I went down that afternoon, signed a few papers and then Wade and I went through the delivery. I am now the very proud owner of a 2011 F-150 4x4 ecoboost in metallic bronze. It is exactly the truck I wanted. It is a huge investment but I have no regrets in the decision I made. I am already doing what I can to drum up more business for Wade and Capital Ford. Everyone I have shown the truck to loves the look of it. Huge thanks again to Wade for helping me out and making the buying process a breeze. More
Our objective was to purchase a vehicle that would satisfy the conflicting goals of: good towing ability, fuel efficiency, high tech features, luxury comfort, and low price. Blayne was also very friendly and knows the vehicle market very well ... especially the Ford vehicles. Blayne encouraged our examination and testing of three vehicles that he felt might meet these requirements. After much discussion between Blayne, Nick and ourselves, we were convinced that the Explorer Limited would meet our requirements much better than the Edge Limited, or Lincoln which we also considered. Without Blayne and Nick's assistance, we would not have purchased the Explorer, and probably no other vehicle from Capital Ford. Thank you Blayne and Nick More
