My tremendous experience with Capital Ford Lincoln started on January 6th with Dianne Smith, Capital's optimum Internet Product Specialist. Due to my own schedule I was unable to make it into the dealer prior to January 19th. When Dianne knew in advance she would not be there for my appointment, she set me up with Blayne Morrow, Capital's foremost Sales Manager. The morning of my appointment Blayne contacted me via phone to see if there was anything he could have prepared for me on the lot, and assured me that I would be in great hands with Brennan Holloway, Capital's champion Product Specialist. Brennan heard me out pertaining to the vehicles I had interest in and always kept my price point in mind when discussing viable options me.
