Lack of customer service and total waste of time! I have been to this dealership numerous times looking for a vehicle. Previous visits were ok, but nothing to brag about. However, this last visit was I have been to this dealership numerous times looking for a vehicle. Previous visits were ok, but nothing to brag about. However, this last visit was and will be the last time I will enter and browse the Capital dealerships for a vehicle. After texting with Brent regarding a used vehicle on the lot and asking some questions, he never did return the info I requested. I then decided just to go to the dealership and find out while I was there. Brent told me to ask for Val upon arrival. Once I arrived at the dealership Miles Kerney had met me outside, I asked a few questions about the vehicle which he wasn't really able to answer, however he did find out the information through another person. I informed Miles that I have dealt with Val previously, Miles respectfully stepped aside and informed Val I was there. While I waited for Val to meet with me (he was on lunch and was visiting with a friend), I was talking with Michael, he informed me that they had another vehicle that suits my needs and he was going to track it down. Excellent.... Well this is where the problems started! Val entered the office and I informed him what was going on and that "buddy" was tracking down the vehicle. We chatted for around 5 minutes and Val took off looking for the vehicle also. I sat in the office for exactly 30 minutes, not once did I see Michael or Val, nor did anyone else from the dealership pop in to see how I was doing, So, I got up and walked out. Val texted me around 15 minutes after I left the dealer to inform me that Michael was taking the truck through the car wash and should be back soon... (total of 50 minutes now from the minute I entered the office to the time I got an update on the truck they wanted to show me, not the truck I initially went to view). I was already at another dealership looking at a similar truck. Val also said if he only knew I was looking at that vehicle he would have had it ready, and to give a couple hours notice before I come down again to look at it. My previous visits to this dealership included emails, told to come down and view a vehicle and once I get there they couldn't find the one truck, then the second time it was locked up at the auto body. Enough of me wasting my time with these guys! I will stick to the smaller dealerships! More
