Brennan was absolutely fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and answered each of our questions without hesitation. He even dropped off my new vehicle at my place of employment for me! Their sales manager was extremely rude on the phone and accused me of giving them a hard time when this is not true by all means! He then hung up the phone on me! I am spreading the word of mouth!!! Jim was a great salesperson but I'm still not happy. I bought my car from the used side of Ford. I brought it home and noticed that there was a crack on my side wall back tire. They first said they would do something about it and now they aren't. I'm not happy that this crack is there. I'm very disappointed in Ford standards. I do think that tire should be replaced. More
