Jim was a great salesperson but I'm still not happy. I bought my car from the used side of Ford. I brought it home and noticed that there was a crack on my side wall back tire. They first said they would do something about it and now they aren't. I'm not happy that this crack is there. I'm very disappointed in Ford standards. I do think that tire should be replaced. More
