Not overwhelming or stressful at all Car shopping is something I have dreaded in the past. As I went from dealership to dealership and encountered salesperson after salesperson, I felt overwhelmed on many levels, which then led to high anxiety. I have never "enjoyed" anything that has caused me high anxiety and so I was not looking forward to this. This experience was very different.. "thank you for the breath of fresh air" kind of different. Jeff was welcoming and helpful, sharing information about a new leasing deal and connecting me to Adam. Adam was great at making everything easy, he was very accomodating, patient, knowledgeable and personable. The best part was that I felt absolutely zero pressure. When it came to the lease signing, Jenny was clear, well informed, and made the process as easy as I think it could be.
