Very Happy Bought a used town & country in September, sales advisor promised me a lot, and naive as I was I believed him. A month goes by and I contacted that sales Advisor for follow through on those promises, he was giving me the run around. I escalated to management and for a week no one returned my phone calls. I ended up driving the two hours to speak in person with some one, and to my surprise both my sales advisor and the manger were no longer there. I ended up speaking with Angelo Tagliamonte & explained what has transpired. This was his 2nd day at Capital Jeep in his new management position & he reviewed my file and with in 30 minutes had corrected what was needed. I gave Angelo a 5, because he was very personal, did not ignore me and ensured what I was promised was followed through with.
