Good morning Wei I have been waiting to respond to you because my service manager, Clint Thompson, has been trying to reach you and has left you a few voice mails. I apologize for the way you felt when you left the dealership but I truly feel it was miscommunication that created this situation. I have tried to look into this the best I can with us unable to reach you and it appears that what you are experiencing is normal operation and should not be a concern. That being said, I believe that when your service advisor was trying to explain this that it could have been handled with more care and we could have explored more options at the time you dropping off your vehicle. I apologize for this and I have talked with the service advisor on how to handle situations similar to yours in the future. The other options that were not presented to you are still open if you are interested. Without waiting for your vehicle to go into the shop we could have our foreman come out and confirm that what you are experiencing is normal. The other option is to leave the vehicle with us as originally planned and a tech will look at it but from what was explained to me I believe the shop foreman route would be best. The reason for that is that it will not take up much of your time if indeed your concern is part of the normal operation of your vehicle. Once again I am sorry for the way you felt leaving the dealership. I see that you have serviced with us before. We do pride ourselves on customer service and I would welcome the opportunity to show you that this last visit was an error and not the norm when servicing with us. Please give my service manager, Clint Thompson, a call if you would like to bring your vehicle by again. He will be out of the office Thursday and Friday returning on Monday, April 24th.
