Lack Luster Service I brought my car in during a scheduled appointment as I was having start issues. My 2013 Jeep was not turning over and would not start, turns out this I brought my car in during a scheduled appointment as I was having start issues. My 2013 Jeep was not turning over and would not start, turns out this is a common issue and Dodge has issued a Canada wide memo on this issue yet the dealership still felt the need to charge me 175 dollars to complete a diagnosis after they gave me the bulletin to read. they then replace the WIn module as per the bulletin they also stated in the diagnosis they the possible reasons was the WIn or the fuel pump, the fuel pump being a recall item at one point and the Win module having the memo, very disappointing that they charged me for issues they were aware of.. The largest problem I have with the dealership on top of charging me to find an issue that they already knew about was the customer service, I dropped my car off at 9AM (scheduled) called at 1230 to find out if it had been looked at, it had not. I then receive a call at 3PM letting me know they can complete the work but it will not be completed until the next day as they need 5 hours to complete the work they were also completing some recall work which is great. when I stated that I need to work the next morning they stated they were sorry but they were just so busy that they could not get to my jeep in a timely manner. I had to suggest that they supply a suitable loaner car this was not offered, sadly the suitable car they supplied had no winter tires and was no comparison to the car i had left with them to repair. The funny and remarkable thing about the loaner car is that Capital Dodge has been requesting a trade in with me for months and had they given me something comparable I may have looked at possibly trading in my car. I sadly will no longer choose this location for my service or future purchase needs I just wanted some decent and fair customer service and all I was supplied with was a large amount of annoyance and hassle. It is really too bad as I have been going to them for about two years since I moved to the area and my interactions with them have been getting worse each time with no effort made to keep me as a customer. Poor Organization Purchased a ‘17 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was told that it would be detailed, cleaned, and a full tank of gas when I came to pick it up. It was pulled up out front and the snow hadn’t even been brushed off, half a tank of gas, not cleaned, and no owners manual in the vehicle. Nothing was done to prepare this vehicle after the sale had been completed. Took 3 trips back to the dealership to get everything I was promised including an employee having to drive to my house to get the correct owners manual after being given the wrong one. POOR customer service right from the moment the deal was done. Very disappointed in my experience with Capital Jeep. More

Problem came back and they gave up on the 2nd time I brought my Cherokee in for a problem. I had it at another dealer in southern ab for the same issue, since I bought it there. Decided to try a deale I brought my Cherokee in for a problem. I had it at another dealer in southern ab for the same issue, since I bought it there. Decided to try a dealer closer to home. They replaced a very expensive part under warranty. Less than a week later the problem came back. Rather than trying to see what is the problem the shop foreman decided not to fix it. I guess he has no faith in his department to fix it or does he care about customer service. I drive my Jeep for a living all day long and I am told I have to live with this issue and the Jeep is only a year old. More

Pleasing, efficient, prompt I've been to every Dodge dealership in the city; and to be honest I almost traded in my truck and went to a different make of vehicle as I was fed up I've been to every Dodge dealership in the city; and to be honest I almost traded in my truck and went to a different make of vehicle as I was fed up with poor service. I actually called Derrick doge first as they are closer to my home and they said they did not do the type of job I needed ( which the job was very basic). I then called capital and they said no problem what time works for you. The reception was very polite and informative and didn't mind dealing with me several times over the span of a few days. Paul, in service was also good to deal with and was up front about pricing and was reliable about call backs. He was pleasant to deal with and made you feel like they appreciated your business. I also dealt with parts and they gave me the best deal they could and again made me feel like I was being well taken care of and I need not worry about anything regarding paperwork or pick up . A nice change was dealing with a competent driver while in their shuttle. Averill knew the city as well as the fastest routes to take. He was safety conscious and was a delight to speak with. I have driven in plenty of shuttles and he was not only a good driver, he was punctual and didn't mind texting or calling you to accommodate your schedule. Actually, I rode with him twice and he stayed late past shifts end just to ensure I was taken care of. I also dealt with Clint who is management. We had some dealings in finalizing some details; he was more than helpful. He also is easy to talk to and understands how to do fair and honest business and because of how he handled things I'll be coming back to Capital.. JT was also present in several of my visits who is involved in sales. I wasn't buying anything but he made an effort to make himself available with info and pricing and anything else I needed. He was easy to talk with and gives a square deal. I wanted to say thank you to the dealership and because of the team they have I won't be going anywhere else. ND More
