I guess the only way to get any service or response from the dealership is to write a review. As requested by Jimmy Rogers, I took my vehicle that I purchased less than a month ago, to the Dodge dealership in my town. They noted over $2500 in problems, one of them being a broken driver's seat (it is illegal to sell a vehicle with a broken driver's seat). I emailed Jimmy over 5 hours ago and called numerous times. I have yet to hear back from him. Jimmy, you need to call me immediately in regards to this matter. TERRIBLE experience dealing with Capital Dodge.

I am sorry that we didn't get your vehicle fixed the first time. We strive to but obviously didn't in this case. After discussing your review with Clint this morning, he was looking into it on Friday and had even talked with the tech about the problem still being there to try and come up with some other possible solutions prior to calling you. His intent was to call you back that day but ended up forgetting. I believe after discussing it with him that he has reached out to you this morning. He did go for a test drive with the tech after the original repair on Thursday and both he and the tech thought the issue was solved. Unfortunately these things sometimes have to start with a repair and it may turn out to have more than one issue or that the original diagnosis may have not been the main factor in what you are hearing. We have found an case that Chrysler has noted and solved that sounds similar to what you are describing. If you are interested we would be more than happy to have another look at your vehicle and see if we can solve it once and for all. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience but I assure you we did attempt to properly repair your vehicle and we are interested in solving the issue that is still present.
